Manuals: We guarantee that our manuals are accurate and complete. Since these are files that can be copied, unlike a book that you would have to send back, we ask that you point out what you feel is incorrect and that you do so within seven days of our sending it to you. If you can point out where we are in fact in error we would appreciate it and will gladly give you a refund and a thank you.
Lists: We guarantee that our lists are from sources we deem reliable and that we have exercised due diligence to maintain accuracy. We limit our liability to the purchase price of the list. If lists are ordered in error we will gladly refund the cost, the first time. After that you are responsible for your own actions and orders in error will be final.
Maps: We guarantee that the data that is mapped is from sources we deem reliable and that due care has been taken to accurately represent the locations of the properties that have been mapped. The buyer must recognize that often times the same address may occur more than once in a county and that we often cannot determine which address location is the correct one for that property.
